Do I need an account to view photos?
No. You do not need an account to view galleries or photos. However, you will need to create an account in order to save anything in a shopping cart or a favorites area.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
Our online store requires that a customer be logged in to an account in order to add anything to a shopping cart.
This will also allow us to email customers if the gallery they were looking at is about to expire, giving another chance to view/purchase photos/product before all photos, including those in the cart and favorites area are deleted with the gallery.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart and favorites?
Generally, your pictures will stay there until you either place an order or delete them yourself.
However, all un-submitted carts, unpaid orders, digital downloads and favorites will expire with the gallery.

Where are my digital downloads?
If you have purchased a small/low resolution image, you will be able to download them after payment has been completed. A 'download' button will appear nest to each of these images on your order. If you did not get a chance to download your photos directly after checkout you can follow these steps to locate them again:
Log into your account---Click on 'My Account' in the top right---Click on 'My Orders'---View the order

If you have purchased full resolution image, you will be able to find your downloads by following these steps:
Log into your account---Click on 'My Account' in the top right--Click on 'My Pictures'
Your purchased full resolution downloads will be here. It can take up to 5 business days after payment has been processed for your images to appear in this folder.

I was unable to download my images before they expired, what do I do?

Why wasn't I notified that the gallery I was looking at expired?
Gallery expiration emails are automatically generated to be sent only to those who have signed up for an account and have viewed a gallery while logged into that account. If you do not have an account you will not receive any notifications from us.
Expiration emails are sent 1-2 weeks prior to the gallery be removed. It is possible that the email was filtered through as spam, or that it was sent prior to your interest in the gallery.
All galleries have the expiration date stated.

What are your office hours?
Typically we have someone in the office Monday- Friday 9am-5pm. However, we are a mobile photography unit and during busy season (May-October) we may have all teams on the road for a week at a time. If you leave a voicemail with your phone number and the reason for your call we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Payment is still done online through PayPal, you will receive an invoice when you order has been entered.

Can I pay with a check?
We no longer accept check as payment.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
